If you and your spouse are moving toward a divorce and you are wondering how your case will go, you might benefit from what is called an Early Neutral Evaluation. Amber Serwat of AMS Mediation specializes in early neutral evaluations. She evaluates the strengths and weaknesses of your potential case providing feedback into likely case outcomes so you can make the best possible decision about how to proceed. You have choices when it comes to settling your divorce. You can go through the traditional court system or settle the terms of your divorce via the mediation process. An early neutral evaluation can help you make an educated decision about what will be best for you and your family.

Divorce: Alternative Dispute Resolution Services

Amber Serwat understands from personal experience just how stressful going through a divorce can be. She focuses on helping families get through the process with less stress, while focusing on conserving financial resources and developing successful Parenting Plans (also known as custody agreements). After the evaluation process is complete, provides you information and feedback that can help you make a more informed decision.

One very important thing to note is that how you decide to settle your divorce is up to you. An early neutral evaluation provides you with important information that can help you form a decision that makes sense for your situation. You are always the ultimate decision maker.
